Six new contemporary romance novellas from bestselling authors:

WHAT FALLING FEELS LIKE by Jolene Betty Perry
High school was years ago, and Kendell is ready to admit that Tyler, her best friend’s younger brother, has matured into a good-looking man. But the once-popular Kendell is recovering from a marriage-gone-wrong, and she regrets turning Tyler down for high school prom. On their road trip to deliver a refurbished camper, Kendell rediscovers all the reasons she liked Tyler, but it might be too late to rekindle their friendship.

Jewelz Review~
I loved the story of Kendell and Tyler - it was so sweet! Poor Kendell has had a rough couple of years and really is quite broken emotionally. She has begun to make a success refurbishing campers and is starting to get back on her feet again. Tyler has grown up in the past few years since Kendell saw him last - he's pretty easy on the eyes and he's made a success of himself creating custom pieces of furniture. On their shared road trip they begin to reconnect and find that there may be a spark. But Kendell has changed and she has emotional baggage - is she ready to attempt a new relationship? Does Tyler want to risk being a "rebound" relationship with the girl who broke his heart in high school?

I would have loved for this novella to have been a full length novel - more Kendell and Tyler!!

Kelsey is living out her dream for the weekend as she participates in a reality show contest by living on a 19th century film set. The contestant who wins the show receives a trip to England and $100k, more than enough to get her through grad school. When she meets Devon, who was coerced by his sister to participate, friendship blossoms. When things go wrong for Kelsey, Devon is there to help, and she soon realizes that winning the contest isn’t what she most desires.

Jewelz Review~
This was such a fun story! I'm a big fan of historical fiction, so this was a cute twist - a modern reality TV show that attempts to recreate life in the early 1800s. I absolutely adore Kelsey - she is so sweet and kind - and she knows the 19th century! Devon was the perfect guy - the perfect brother and he learned to be a pretty darn good marquess as well. It would have been fun to have seen what was going on with the other team, but given the limitations of point of view and story length I understand its absence. Kelsey's generosity and concern for others is incomparable. The end was perfect - of course I would have loved to have more, but it wrapped up perfectly.

WOULDN’T IT BE NICE by Ranee` S. Clark
When Jacqueline's boyfriend Colin drops out of their long-planned road trip with friends to put his job first—again—it's the final nail in the coffin of their dying relationship. But then Hudson, her best friend’s brother, takes Colin's spot for the road trip, and Jacqueline’s disappointment in her ex takes a back seat to the chance for reestablishing the close ties she once had with Hudson. When their friendship detours into romance, it forces Jacqueline to question her reasons for breaking up with Colin and her future with Hudson.

Jewelz Review~
Another sweet romance - Jac is a woman who knows what she wants and is tired of playing second fiddle to her boyfriend's job so she finally breaks up with him. She's given him ever chance she can - she does love the guy, but he just can't seem to put her first. When her childhood best friend, Hudson, joins their group road trip to Alaska, Jac is pleasantly surprised as he's about to start his residency. Even better is that Hudson admits to being interested in Jac. Their friendship begins to blossom into a more intimate relationship. But is this a risk she can take? Is she over Colin? With Hudson beginning his residency and then a full-time job as a doctor, will she find herself pushed aside for a career again?

HEAD OVER HEELS by Annette Lyon
Tristan is proud to be an entrepreneur, running a popular singles’ lifestyle blog. So when she gets an offer to cover a singles convention in Las Vegas, she needs to find a way to get there from another freelance job in Salt Lake without breaking into her personal savings. Her friend sets her up with a co-worker who happens to be driving that way, and Tristan is more than surprised to come face-to-face with a man she has a lot in common with, not to mention seems to click with right away. The two decide to play a prank on Tristan’s friend, and pretend that they are smitten with each other, but soon, the lines between pretend and reality start to fade.

Jewelz Review~
Tristan and Mac have such a fun story! I love that it starts at Comic Con and I love that they love 80s music! I had so much fun reading about their road trip to Vegas and their relationship that developed almost without them realizing. They "clicked" right from the start and their relationship was so light-hearted and spontaneous. You can't help but fall in love with them.

TWO DOZEN ROSES by Heather B. Moore
Dayna reluctantly takes time out of her busy work life to drive her mother up the Pacific Coast Highway from California to her brother’s home in Oregon. Strangely enough, they keep running into two brothers who are traveling the same route in honor of their sister’s memory. The older brother Garrett is a merciless flirt, but the younger brother Roman is who captures Dayna’s attention. Soon she realizes that the brothers are extremely competitive, and she’s just become their next target.

Jewelz Review~
This story was different than the others because the couple isn't on a road trip together, or at least they aren't in the same car and they didn't plan their trip together. It just happens that they're taking the same scenic route up the California Coast at the same time. Garrett is the stereotypical, over-the-top, every-girl-loves-me, successful, good-looking guy. Roman is more down to earth, but just as good looking. Dayna really isn't looking for love, but she can't help but see how amazing Roman is. Garrett drove me a little nuts, but Roman was perfect. There were a few inaccuracies with the setting and timing, but if you haven't spent 33+ years living in California like I did, you probably wouldn't notice them. It's a sweet story and they're a couple you can easily fall in love with.

TRY, TRY AGAIN by Aubrey Mace
Sarah’s secret crush on Justin takes a sudden turn when he breaks up with his girlfriend and declares that he’s interested in Sarah. She believes he’s just on the rebound, and they slowly drift apart. Six months later, Sarah still can’t stop thinking about what might have been. She ropes her friend into taking a road trip to visit Justin, hoping for a second chance. When Justin sees her, he wants answers, and Sarah has to decide if she’s brave enough to finally tell him the truth.

Jewelz Review~
This is another story where the couple doesn't road trip together. Sarah convinces her very pregnant friend to take a road trip to the viewing for Justin's grandfather who just passed away. It's been six months since Justin told her he was interested in her, but she ran scared. Now she realizes that not only did she give up a chance to be with someone she really cares about, but she misses his friendship too. This roadtrip is her opportunity to reconnect with Justin and possibly begin a relationship. I enjoyed reading about Sarah - she knows what she wants, but she fears rejection. There are some really cute and fun scenes with Sarah and Lottie, and with Justin.

Overall this was a fun, sweet collection of stories that would be perfect for a summer read - especially if you're on a road trip yourself!
