The Hundred Dresses by Eleanor Estes

From the cover: Wanda wore the same faded blue dress to school every day. It was always clean but sometimes it looked as though it had been washed and never ironed. Peggy started the game of the dresses when suddenly one day Wanda said, ' I have a hundred dresses at home--all lined up in my closet.' After that it was fun to stop Wanda on the way to school and ask, 'How many dresses did you say you have?' ' A hundred, ' she would answer. Tifferz Take: I purchased this off amazon.com after a friend on facebook said she read it to her kids and loved it. I read the summary and was hooked. I read The Hundred Dresses to my kids 10, 8 and 5 years old before bed the day I got it. They loved it and so did I. I liked how it opened up a discussion after reading it on how we can be a better person to everyone. This book has a great message for kids and adults! I highly recommend this book. I hope you enjoy this book as much as we did. We will be reading this one again! This book was worth every penny! you can pick up the book here: http://www.amazon.com/Hundred-Dresses-Eleanor-Estes/dp/0152052607/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1302739846&sr=1-1#_
